After the onset of her own health challenges several years ago, Becca started out on a wellness journey that quickly became her deepest passion. Learning from the many different paths she has walked on her way, Becca has developed a philosophy that health and wellness are most adequately addressed holistically; in a way that nourishes the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of ourselves.

Becca draws from a comprehensive variety of modalities and approaches in order to meet you exactly where you’re at. She considers herself an ‘integrative’ and ‘intuitive’ therapist as she uses a variety of tools and modalities in each session. Becca is passionate about emotion focused and trauma informed bodywork, as well as rehabilitative and relaxation massage therapy. Becca graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Holistic Health Practitioner from Healing Mountain Massage School, where she currently sits on the Advisory Board representing the school’s holistic programs. Becca is also a certified Reiki Master & Teacher, and received her master training in Bali, Indonesia. She has been working in the wellness field in various capacities for over seven years now. Becca is a lifelong learner and is always taking steps to enhance her skills and further her education. In her free time, you will find her practicing yoga, reading and learning, traveling, spending time outdoors and with loved ones, or watching anime.
